Diane Shropshire, ESQ (Justice & Associates, Inc., APC)
Rancho Cucamonga, CA

  • After court session, Diana Shropshire and Christy Garrison told the bailiff that they feared for their safety and asked that I be asked to wait in the courtroom while they made their way safely out of the courtroom.
  • Called day before trial July, 10, 2013 stating that Diana Shropshire was having contractions. Suggested postpone mid-trial until September
  • Aug 1, 2013 Ann Marie from the offices of Justice and Associates called me and left a message that the next trial date where they will be available will be in October 2013.
  • Aug 5, 2013 Ann Marie called my current number and left message.
  • I returned her call and asked about getting another attorney to take her case while she was spending time with her newborn. I inquired if the irony was lost on their office that Diana Shropshire wanted to spend time with her child while delaying my trial to be allowed to spend time with my daughter. I was told Diana ..."doesn't want to spend time with her child, she is entitled to."
