"She will say what she needs to say" Christy (McAlister) GarrisonChristy has no problem letting me know that she is in control and will use our daughter to hurt me. I have heard these threats so many times. Its almost instinctual for her to go straight for my relationship with our daughter when she even perceives the minutest of slights. Of course, in public she claims that she would never do this and that she actually encourages my relationship with our daughter. But as with anyone with a personality disorder or a pathological liar, you dismiss their words and look at their behavior.

EXHIBIT 1 (This was one of the examples that I included in my declaration)
"I will take you back to court. I WILL take you back to court! and she will say what she needs to say!" Christy, repeating the same threat I have heard numerous times. Christy tells me she doesn’t care what the court order says. At the end Christy asks me to give Megan 2 weeks, at the time of this writing it’s been 6 months since I have had regular visits with our daughter. During our first bout with Christy's alienating behavior, she was also asking me to give Megan 2 weeks. It was during Christmas of 2010. My family and I didn’t see megan for 3 months. We opened Christmas gifts with Megan in March 2011. That was a bittersweet moment, happy to have her back in our home but had missed her so much. |

Joe: I don’t know
Christy: Well that’s up to you but I am not going to force her to go. I’m not!
Joe: Well, either, make up your mind. Either you encourage her to come to her dads or you don’t. You said that, you said before Christy, numerous times that, ‘well, I gotta protect her. I am not going to make her go’ and I am all, what’s there to protect from her father?
Christy: Megan does not want to go right now, Joe! She doesn’t want to go!
Joe: okay, well we have a court order.
Christy: I don’t care what the court order says. I will go back to court and she will say what she needs to say.
(The next day, Christy wrote her declaration for ex-parte hearing)
Joe: yeah, we know she will.
Christy: Give her some time and we won’t need to go to court.
Joe: Christy, I know she will say what she needs to say, you’ll make sure of that.
Christy: Joe!
Joe: We know this.
Christy: I am asking you, before you make this a big thing, just give it two weeks.
