In the video below Kaylee (Megan's older sister) claims it was made to show others how dumb people are for doing drugs. She expects us to believe its some sort of Public Service Announcement (PSA).

These statement were regarding my 13 year old daughter and a loving father. 
Listen to Christy Garrison admit that her daughter is alienating me from our now 14 year old...Christy does it too but she is shifty and skillfully evasive about it. The thing that is so disturbing about this audio is that Christy damn well knows she is the main alienator and that Kaylee is only following her lead. Its sick and twisted.

Christy's 21 year old daughter has been described as Christy on Steroids. She shows no signs of having a moral or ethical compass to curtail her actions. The blatant way she openly interferes with my relationship with Megan is reprehensible. 

It is well documented that Kaylee is actively alienating me from our daughter. She does it openly, she has been described as a Christy on Steroids. She does not hold back. 
On July 1, 2013, she hit me with her step-dad's car while attempting to take off with our daughter after I notified her that there is a court order stating that she was not supposed to be driving our daughter.
Psychologist's Report: One of the main points that was made after looking at the evidence was this:
" At this time it strongly appears Megan's older half sister [Kaylee] acts in a negatively influential manner with Megan, clearly advancing a divisive agenda between Megan and her two parents. This is unacceptable and does not serve either of her homes in a positive manner."

July 8, 2011 Kaylee tells Megan to sit on the floor and that she doesn't need to come with me on our court-ordered visitation.
Megan's 21 year old sister. She is allowed to drink and smoke pot at home and post videos of herself doing it. Kaylee was my step-daughter at one time and up until when the alienation started used to come hang out with us. Now she hates me. There is a court-ordered Psychologist's report noting that she is a driving force in the alienating behavior. 
  • Burps, laughs and makes annoying noises into the phone when I am talking to April.
  • Told April to sit on the floor and that she didn't have to come with me on my court-ordered scheduled pickup time.

Megan had asked if she could celebrate her mom’s birthday with family. I verified with Christy to see if it was ok and asked that she would then bring her to gym in the morning. She responded, “sure.”

Kaylee showed up with her boyfriend. I asked her if she was there to pick up Megan, she gave me a dirty look and looked away as if disgusted. I had to ask again, if she was there to pick up Megan or if I needed to drop her off. She then responded with “No, I will take her.”

I had spoken to Sienna’s mom earlier at gym and as she was leaving she said Sienna was spending the night at Dasha’s house. But when Megan was leaving with Kaylee, Sienna left with them.

Tammy, the girls and I got into our van and were on our way to Jackies, when we realized Megan had left her bags. We drove to Megans house to find it seemingly empty. A short while later Kaylee pulled up, she had dropped off her boyfriend.

Megan got out and asked tammy, “What’s up?”

I asked Megan if her mom was home, she said yes. I said good, I needed to talk to her. I followed Kaylee, Sienna, and Megan into the house. It was comical watching Kaylee and Megan act like they were looking for their mother.  Kaylee finally said that apparently her mother wasn’t home. I went to Megan who was in her room and asked her to get her stuff and that we were leaving. Kaylee followed me down hallway, she asked what was going on. I explained that I was taking Megan and she yelled over my shoulders to Megan telling her to sit on the floor and that she didn’t have to go with me. I told Kaylee that it wasn’t up to her and that she needed to stay out of it.  She said that no she would not stay out if it and repeated to Megan to not listen to me.

I told Kaylee, that Megan was to be with me from Friday until next Friday and that I have an enforceable court order and told her to call her mother or I would call the police.

Kaylee said to call the police because I was on her property and not welcomed and wanted me out of her house. I then walked out and told my wife what Kaylee was doing.

I texted Christy and explained what Kaylee was doing and mentioned that there was a third party there, Sienna. Christy is overly concerned with what others might think and being discovered that she has a very dysfunctional household. So she called me back immediately.

Kaylee walked out shortly afterwards to apologize. I accepted her apology and thanked her for it. I told her that I appreciate that her mom asked her to do it but hope there was sincerity to her apology. She said that it was all her idea, that she realized that she was wrong and that she had been going through a lot. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and complimented her for that. She began crying; I stepped out of the van and went to give her a hug. She said she didn’t need a hug but I held her anyway.

Christy called and tried to convince me to not take Megan, took part of the blame, She said that she should have communicated with me that Megan was supposed to babysit Michaela.

Christy also tried to make me feel guilty for suggesting that we not let Megan get away with lying and bring her with us back to Jackies. She told me how her grandparents and sister had all showed up to celebrate with her.

I suggested that Kaylee, 19, could watch Michaela. Christy said Kaylee had plans.

Christy was also overly concerned that we were going to call Sienna’s mom. She re-iterated how we need not get other parents involved.

Mike and Christy’s brother finally showed up and Mike was apologetic and assured me that this would be addressed...in the morning. But it became quite obvious to me that Mike was there to convince us to leave Megan so that the celebration could continue.

July 09, 2011

We brought Malia and Jaida to gym. Megan came up and hugged me. Then went to stretch...while she was stretching she looked my way and smiled and mouthed the words “I’m sorry,” I gave her a thumbs up and mouthed “Thank you.”

We spent our Saturday at Jackie’s. Megan was her loving self and was on her best behavior.
