I am experiencing PA from my ex wife currently and believe that it should be legally recognized as child abuse and that the alienators has to be held responsible. Termination of support, maintenance, jail time should all be mandatory.

I have watched my friend struggle with having his son temporarily removed from his custody because of untrue statements made by his ex-wife. he has attempted to work through "the system" to no avail. While it is a given that this is hurting my friend, more significantly it is going to have a lifetime impact on his son. Years of life experiences are being stolen from both of them.

My oldest sons mother tried to get me on a "contempt of court charge". Her live in boyfriend has been arrested and taken from her home where my son visits. Enough is enough. All charges were dropped, child support dropped, and I now have placement of my son. This has happened more than once. Thanks to my wife for patience, and understanding through all this.
