I asked Commissioner Daniel to order that we go back to Dr. Amy Miller who had made some progress and insights when it comes to Christy's and Kaylees' role in what was happening to my relationship with Megan. Judge denies my request. I ask that we use different therapist than Shirley Stutson (Christy's bought and paid for therapist). Commissioner Deborah Daniel recommends Dr. Beth McGuire. I contact Beth McGuire on numerous occasions and Dr. McGuire asks me to come in. |

· 12/03/12 I called Left Msg 3:15 pm · 12/06/12 I called Left Msg 909-831-6377 · 12/10/12 I called Left Msg and sent Text to cell number · 12/12/12 I called Left Msg @ 760-793-7064 1:40 pm I called cell Left Msg @ 1:47 pm · 12/13/12 Dr. Beth McGuire called me back...claimed she was busy...complained...I asked if she wanted me to get another therapist...she immediately said no. But set appt next Thursday 2pm for December 20th · On December 20, 2012 after session, Dr. McGuire said to make sure that I left her my e-mail and a phone number on the intake form. I did so even though we had already communicated through both. · Also communicated with Dr. McGuire via E-mail on: December 13, 14, 20, 2012 and January 7, 9, 2013 · Also communicated with Dr. McGuire via text on: December 10, 2012 and January 4, 9, 11, 2013 · And received a letter from Dr. McGuire on Jan 10, 2013 stating she is having hard time getting hold of Christy NOTE: ALL OF THESE COMMUNICATIONS WERE DONE AROUND THE HOLIDAYS |

It's just been the holidays, okay? So a lot of times people have difficulty at a holidays. The courtroom went suddenly and awkwardly silent. I looked over at the Ths bailiff's eyes were shifting looking this way and that way, not knowing where to rest them. The seemed to take a deep swallow but her gaze remained straight ahead.
