There is no indication Commissioner Daniel ordered a report of our progress. If you would like to give me permission to write her a letter with an update, I would need to hear from both of you. Preferred would be a fax with your signature. I guess an email would work if you know how to email your signature. Next would be an email with a written consent by mail to follow. Thanks. -- Beth A. Beth,
I am gathering up information that you asked for. In the meantime, I hope you realize that Christy's last e-mail was about one thing and one thing only--she wants Megan back at ACE.
Megan has been unhappy with her choice to transfer to Riverside Prep. Megan has been complaining and crying about it. Christy is unable to say no to Megan. Notice how Christy now speaks disapprovingly of and disparages the administration, teachers, and the school in an attempt to justify taking Megan out of Riverside Prep. My guess is that Christy will switch Megan back to ACE with or without my support.
But more importantly, does it sound familiar?

Attached are two text message exchanges between me and Megan. My notes are in red. They are examples of how Megan has learned to get what she wants. You’ll see how it doesn’t work with me. The problem is that Christy readily, buys into it when Megan says that she is afraid of me even though these claims have been dismissed by Dr. Amy Miller and Shirley Stutson.
Keep in mind this was just when Megan wanted to hang out with her girlfriends, now Megan is heavily infatuated with boys to a harmful degree. Megan’s symptoms that Christy speaks about in her last e-mail are not due to anything going on with me or missing her sisters --Megan could easily persuade Christy to bring her to visit her sisters at any time-- it has everything to do with the havoc going on in her romantic life. It is a disastrous mess in which Megan will not come out of unscathed.

Beth,
I have been in the process of collecting as much documentation of what we have been going through. It is a monumental task.Our therapist, Carol Teiltebaum agreed that to sending you everything would overwhelm you. Still, I believe it all to be relative as it paints a clear picture of not only my relationship with Megan but what is happening with Christy. Because of time constraints I have decided to send what I have gathered so far.
Here is a link. Again, it is overwhelming. The fact that no one will really ever takes the time to look and examine all the evidence has worked to Christy's advantage and, unfortunately to Megan's detriment.
I also believe that even a brief conversation with our therapist would bring some light into the situation. She is very familiar with what we are dealing with. Her number is 760-346-6533.

I would be happy to talk to Carol. Yes, I believe if you write that you authorize me to talk with Carol and authorize me to write a report for Court, sign it, scan it in, and send it, that works. I would do them separately. Faxed signatures work so I believe scanned ones do as well. Thanks.
