At 10:00 AM in courtroom S-11, in front of Commissioner Deborah Daniel, I will begin to present my two 2" binders, jam-packed with evidence along with my 3.6 GB of audio, video, voicemails, and other recordings showing and proving that there has been alienating behavior, custody interference, court order violations, and a campaign of denigration so heinous from Christy Garrison, Kaylee Godley, Mike Garrison, Erica Perez, and others that there is NO WAY anyone can deny that their household is anything but a place where I am vilified and portrayed as a monster. To use my ex-wife's words, "memories of a monster." A great deal of evidence will show that this is about Christy's pathology and inability to stand her ground when our daughter cries and begs to not have to visit me because she wants to be with her abusive boyfriend, Joby. (Listen to audio on right: Christy admits its about her boyfriend) Commissioner Debra Daniel better have a have a damn good reason to overlook the preponderance of evidence. Here is what is happening now: Both Shirley Stutson, MFT, Christy's hand-picked therapist for Megan, and Dr. Beth McGuire are refusing to turn over their notes even after being subpoena. Dr. Beth McGuire, the "friend of the court" psychologist who screwed up seems to have lawyered up and is also trying to get me to stop documenting what is happening to our daughter. As you may have heard Kaylee, Megan's older daughter hit me with her car while violating a court order and trying to keep me driving our daughter home. She took off while I was on the phone with the police department. The police officer who took the report at the scene knew Kaylee's boyfriend by name. (Davion Weeks, look him up in court system) There is indication of witness intimidation. the mother of the other children in the house, Mike's children, is also experience Christy's alienating behavior. I supplied two 2" binders bursting from cover to cover with documentation of alienating behavior, custody interference, court order violations, along with 3.6 GB of audio/video/voicemails, which I plan on releasing right before trial so that you can judge for yourself if there is alienating behavior or if Tammy and I are horrible parents. Here is the other side’s evidence which includes little more than copies of my accurate posts on my website and Facebook depicting some of the horrendous stuff we have been experiencing. Of course, there is a list of Christy’s family that is ready to assassinate my character. That was to be expected. As in most cases of alienation, an alienator will want the court to hear how horrible the targeted parent is straight from the alienated child’s mouth, “in their own words.” Because I love our daughter I will not be cross examining her. None of this. None of this, is her fault. I am sending links out to as many news outlets as I can in the next few days. I will also be sending e-mails to courthouses around the area with a link to this website. From now until I get our daughter delivered back to our home, I promise to keep posting updates about this horrifying experience that our family, and especially our daughter, Megan, has been exposed to. There is still so much to tell. This is the important part that I need to share with you: There will be some lying going on in court and none of it from my side. By the time the dust settles you will see how ineffective and corrupt our family law systems is. You will see how the mediators and therapist will break rules, use unethical practices, and make false statements in their reports. In the near future our family law system will go the route that CPS is heading in right now. (For those of you unaware, CPS, has been caught engaging in some questionable behavior that has tormented loving families. There is currently an effort to audit the entire system spearheaded by California State Assembly Member Tim Donnelly, who has my vote when he runs for Mayor.) |

Both therapist have lawyered up and refused to submit their notes even under my subpoena:One is a "friend of the court," Dr. Beth McGuire from Redlands was recommended by Commissioner Daniel; The other one who was handpicked by Christy Garrison, Shirley Stutson MFT, from Victorville, have lawyered up and contested my subpoena to submit notes taken during sessions. |
