Christy claims that Thanksgiving break starts on Monday and not at the end of school on Friday which is the way we have always calculated it. Still, the fact remains that come Monday when I drove 2 hours back to pick April up. Christy refused again.

She never showed up. When the sheriff finally arrived he called her and convinced the officer that my time (Fall Break) technically started on Monday. |
Its kinda insignificant that Christy would plan an appointment for our daughter during my time except when you think about these three facts.
1. She normally doesn't like taking our daughter to any appointments and will asks me to. 2. During periods when she is triggered and "getting back at me" she makes sure that these appointments are during my time. 3. There was no dermatology appointment. This is how it starts. I wait outside. and one of the following happens:
1. No one comes to the door 2. i get a text claiming they are elsewhere. 3. I call the Sheriff to get a report of interference. Court Order |
The Damaged Memory Card

Nov 16 in the morning began getting suspicious about Christy's texts regarding videotaping her step-son. When I went to transfer content from my camera, I noticed my memory card was missing.
Later that evening I informed the officer who at first said that I had no proof that she had it in her possession. When he asked her about it, Christy claimed to have found at her front door. On Monday, when I was denied visitation with Megan as well, I asked a different officer to get my memory card back. After about 20 minutes of waiting outside with the officer, my memory card was returned. I pointed out to the officer that it had been damaged. He shook his head as if frustrated. |
