What happened to the sexual allegations?

>>>>What is a good question is this: What happened to the sexual allegations? In October 2012 there were sexual allegations. CPS saw right through them and determined correctly that this was a custody issue. I have been sitting back wondering, is it because CPS is not buying it  that Christy is moving on to something else? I am now not a sexual predator but I apparently have terrible parenting styles and hit my wife and children? 
During our 2 and half hour mediation it was not mentioned until I brought it to Christy's attention that she was forgetting something. Christy had recently, after knowing me for 15 years, decided that I am a Peeping Tom. Christy said, thats right, he walks into the shower when she is naked. 
Then the mediator looked at the clock and asked Christy why she would wait until 2 hours to mention something like that. 
One of a few good questions that the mediator, Susan Bailes, asked. I honestly thought she "got it." I left the court thinking that we had turned a corner.
But since CPS said that they won't be pursuing these charges, no one is talking about it anymore. Supposedly, I walked in on Megan in the shower, constantly walk in when she is changing, we don't have locks on any bathroom or bedroom doors in our house, and I am a Peeping Tom. I mean this is serious! If this is true someone should be concerned, I have three other girls in my home. But nothing. Because its not true and that particular tactic didn't work. So lets move on. <<<<<
