The False Allegations
We hadn't been allowed to pick up Megan in 78 days until October13, 2012
October 11, 2012: I suddenly get a text from Christy saying that she will "force" Megan to visit.
October 13-14, 2012: Megan comes for an overnight visit.
October 26, 2012 Christy makes a CPS report saying that I was a peeping Tom while our daughter was in the shower. (3 days before mediation)
October 29, 2012: We have court mediation. I find out Christy made a CPS report when Christy mentions it 2 hours into mediation.
During this time CPS Dismisses allegations. Determines them to be unfounded. Still, this happens next:
November 29, 2012: Commissioner Daniel "suspends" my visitation and says,"So you're not to be calling and bugging her, not to be communicating on Facebook."
January 14, 2013: Commissioner Daniel admonishes me "...it is improper for a grown man to be in the same bathroom at the same time that a child, a 14 year old girl. It doesn't matter that you can't see anything. It is a clear violation."
