Court order violations, custody interference, and Hit and Run
October 25, 2012: Mike Garrison, step-dad interferes with pick-up in violation of court-order, and drives past as I try to pick up our daughter...
November, 1, 2012: Christy Garrison accelerates past me pretending she doesn't see me standing in middle of the street and then waves at our daughter to go to her house. Interference and court-order violation.

Kaylee Godley interferes in violation of court order and hits me with her car in the process...she takes off while I am on phone with the Sheriff. (More on Kaylee)
Christy and I agreed on our court order that Kaylee (due to her drug and alcohol use and choice of boyfriends was not allowed to drive our daughter. We specified in our court order that only a licenced and insured person over the age of 25 and that met the approval of both parents was to transport our daughter.
On July 1 2013 Kaylee sped off when I told her that I would be driving Megan home. In the process she hit me with her car. I ended up in the ER bruised with soft tissue damage. The police officer that took the report knew of Kaylee's fugitive boyfriend by name. Not a good sign.
Megan had led everyone to believe that Christy was dropping her off and picking her up.
Look at Kaylee's face, her smug expressions as she defies a court-order. She really doesn't care.
