The peculiar behavior before the report...

I will be asking Commissioner Daniel for Court Order for report or subpoena to testify on attorney's advice. Only decided about 3 am which way to go with this one. Apologies

Beth McGuire had already received a consent form from both Christy and myself giving her permission to share information with both my personal therapist and the Commissioner Deborah Daniel.
April 9th was our court date. Dr. McGuire missed the first date, stating that she needed more time to get a hold of my personal therapist. I had to ask for a ten day continuance.
On April 19, she still wasn't ready saying instead that under her attorney's advice, she chose to get an order from the court to write a report and/or to testify. To me this still doesn't make any sense.
Remember, she already had our consent forms. Once again, there was a continuance. This time until May, 1st, 2013.
I was curious also about her needing to get an attorney's advice before writing a report to Commissioner Daniel. And then asking to be ordered to write a report or to testify. I am sure this isn't the first report she has written to a judge. Is this the norm?
I asked her about it:

"I am not sure i understand..your attorney? And in the meantime Megan continues to be further aienated from her our family..."
and Dr. McGuire didn't respond to my question about an attorney. Instead her response was:
From: Beth McGuire >>>>> To: Joe Barrow
"I understand your frustration. That's why it took me til 3 am to decide."
After this, my wife and I both had a hard time getting a response from Dr. McGuire. We emailed her and texted her and never received any response.
Until the night before court.
