On December 20, 2012 Dr. McGuire said to make sure that I left her my e-mail and a phone number on the intake form. I did so even though we had already communicated through both.

My notes: took a while to get a hold of 
Dr. Beth McGuire.

My first impression was that she was disingenuous when she complained about judges not checking with her first before throwing business her way. I asked if she was too overwhelmed we could find someone who wasn't so busy because I felt my case needed extra attention. She quickly backpedaled and said she was fine.
