Incredibly, Christy and her therapist, Shirley Stutson MFT, can't seem to get their story straight. In the audio transcripts below you will read Christy's bought-and-paid-for therapist call me and ask where I was at. Now, forget the fact that she never does that, what's interesting is that Christy had text me the night before insisting that this session is for Megan only.

Megan has counseling at 245. She is also wanting to start gym again.
(1. Christy is not supposed to set up appointments for me. She had just been reminded by a mediator. 2. Christy has taken Megan out of gymnastics every time she attempts to keep her from me. Eventually, Megan comes back.)

This appt is for her alone, she will go sorry that is a court order. Also your friday pick up time is 3pm.
1. Notice how she is stating that the appointment is for Megan alone, then read below how the therapist asks me whay I wasn't at the session. Christy acknowledges that my court-ordered pick-up is at 3 pm yet she has sceduled an appointment at 2:45 pm. Shirley Stutson's office is about 35 minutes from the pick-up spot. Christy never had any intention of letting me pick up Megan.
I just drove 2 hours to pick up Megan again. I have been in front of Christy's house since a little before 3 pm.

Joe: What do you mean, ‘Whats happening there?’
Shirley: Is she going with you?
Joe: Megan?
Shirley: Yes.
Joe: Wha..Uh, no. I already called the police. I made another report. Umm Christy has refused again. I got to see her yesterday. But it’s a long weekend so, no I am not going to get her. The police were there at her house. They told her daughter to let Christy know that she is not allowed to set up appointments with therapist or anything on my time. And I think you have a copy of...
Shirley: You were supposed to go to the session. How come you didn’t come in?
Joe: No. The court-ordered mediator, right, I am the one supposed to be setting up appointments. She asked Christy, “why are you setting up appointments?’ Which was a really good question. Um, the other thing is, I my appointments are...I am supposed to pick Megan up at 3 o’clock at her house.
Shirley: I thought it was six.
Joe: Well no. There’s a lot of things that you’ve been misinformed about Shirley, umm, and that’s just another one of them. But no I dont have Megan right now.
Shirley: Well I told Christy to let you know cuz we had it Wednesday but we changed it to Friday because when you were here last you said, ‘well I cant do Wednesdays’
Joe: And heres the...
Shirley: and that’s why we did Fridays.
Joe: And heres the thing that I need
Shirley: I thought you were coming today.
Joe: No, and that’s.
Shirley: I said is Joe coming. They said no he is at my house, I said why is he there?
Joe: Because that’s where I am supposed to be to pick up Megan. For the mediator, for anyone who that has advised me that’s what I should do and to call the sheriff every time until we go to court.
Shirley: okay…
Joe: I think I already asked you, you can’t believe Christy when she says she is going to let me know when there are appointments and when there are not. Its really interesting Shirley…
Shirley: Okay well..
Joe: Its really interesting how all of a sudden now Christy is really setting appointments. Like I said the mediator is really asked her some very good questions. How come all of a sudden she is all gung-ho and she is really wanting Megan to come in and see you and is willing to come and make sure she is there and set up appointments every week. Really interesting when I have documentation where text after text after text, I am going ‘you need to call Shirley, you need to call Shirley’ but after this incident in..like I told you before, the first thing she wants to do is come in and convolute everything. So now the issue isn’t that Megan violated a boundary, the issue is that Megan got yelled at. And now it’s not even that, now it’s that I am, I had to go to CPS today, right, which I welcome the fact that more professionals are getting involved and have to defend myself against umm allegations of me being sexually inappropriate. Conveniently, a month before we are going to court. So umm, apparently, the good thing is that people can see through that.
