Commissioner Daniel Drops the Ball

Commissioner Deborah Daniel presumes I am guilty and temporarily removes all my parental rights...for over a year. (Along with the rights of our 3 children at home who haven't had any meaningful contact with their big sister either) |
This part was no surprise. It was predicted by anyone following our ordeal. False allegations are staples of parental alienation. They are a must actually, otherwise, who would listen.
On October 25, 2012, four days before our mediation date where Christy is going to have to answer for keeping me from our daughter, (Remember, this is our second bout with Christy's interference. The last time our family opened Christmas presents in March of 2011) Christy files false allegations against me with the Child Protective Services (CPS) office in Victorville.
After a brief interview on November 9, 2012, the accusations are eventually determined unfounded by CPS.
However, Commissioner Daniel, in her infinite ignorance, decides to disregards due process (what's that?) and run with the assumption that these accusations are true. Even though the mediator's report stated that CPS would not be pursuing any charges, calling it "a custody issue."

Excerpt from Tammy Barrow's Declaration
"I am extremely distraught by the sexual allegations that Joe harassed Megan in the shower. At no time was this behavior mentioned while Megan was here, nor was there shouting from Megan while she was in the shower or at any other time. This alleged incident was not even mentioned to us until almost 2 weeks after it supposedly happened. Megan painted a picture to the mediator that her dad is some kind of pervert. I am not sure Megan is aware of the consequences of making these kinds of allegations. This entire accusation is a lie, including the details. Megan claimed that the shower curtain is clear and has fish at the bottom. Megan also claimed that we do not have any locks on the doors in our home. This is also false. The bathroom that Megan uses has two doors, one leading to the sink area and the other to the toilet\shower, BOTH have the same locks on them for the past ten+ years. Not to mention, that this is extremely out of character of my husband and offensive to have to respond to. (EXHIBIT 1)"
Same shower curtains that have been in the girls bathroom for 8 years.
For the record, this is my wife, Tammy standing in the shower fully dressed.

On October 29, 2012 during our interview with a mediator Susan Bailes, Christy is having a hard time answering some good questions. At one time she was lost for an answer she suddenly threw out there that, "and....and he...he..walks in on her while she is naked," Christy looks over at me and then back to Susan Bailes. There is an awkward silence. I believe that the mediator was thinking exactly what I was thinking; Christy was making shit up and everyone in the room knew it.
Christy quickly said, 'I got it out of her!" And quickly looked over at me. I recognized the look. It said I will get you one way or another. It said I'm fucking good at this. It said, trust me; I've been doing this for years. You don't stand a chance.
At one point the mediator warned her that she better not be lying nor interfering in any way and went on to tell Christy that sometimes when one parent thinks that they are losing (drowning was the word Susan Bailes used) they will throw out all sorts of false allegations. Christy said that wasn't the case.
Susan Bailes was not buying it. If that's true why doesn't Megan just lock the doors.
A few days later Christy brought Megan in to tell the mediator "in her own words" what is going on.
Megan claimed that there are no locks on any of the bathroom doors.

A thought keeps occurring to me as I post these pictures. Its kinda ridiculous that I need to do this. But this whole ordeal has been a beyond crazy. From the alienating parent to the mediators and Commissioner Deborah Daniel's being duped by a vindictive woman with a borderline personality disorder.
I post these things because I have made a promise to my self and our family that I will never give up and that I will continue to tell our story of alienation and the craziness that surrounds it. |
