Honorable Marsha Slough, time to start paying attention to what is happening to families and children in your San Bernardino County Courthouses!

The level of incompetence is vile. never could I have imagined that this is what happens in my chosen profession and in family law courts. 
In January 2012, I still believed in our court system. I had just received a valid court order that both Christy and I agreed upon stating we would share custody. I thought I was done with having to bend over backwards to appease an ex with a personality disorder. 
I was wrong.

It is relevant to note that the "experts" below received information from Shirley Stutson, MFT from Victorville. Shirley Stutson is Christy's bought and paid for therapist. 
The only exception is Dr. Amy Miller. Dr. Miller wrote a report to the court that was more accurate evaluation of what is actually going on. (But even she seems to want only the $500 an hour fee to continue sessions with both parents whenever there is an issue.See Report) All the rest seemed to be easily influenced by the Christy's therapist for hire instead of impartially looking at the evidence.

  • No Megan lives with her mom...
  • Doesn't read declarations. Because, "They are usually written by attorneys"
  • Transcripts don't match up with her report.

  • Got it at first. Asked Christy some tough questions and caught her in numerous inconsistencies.
"It won't be in her own words" regarding April coming in to tell her story.
"when..[inaudible] feels like they are drowning sometimes they throw accusations out..."
