REMEMBER: Three (3) days ago Commissioner Deborah Daniel said:
"I can tell you that in my experience no law enforcement officer is going to force a teenager to engage in a visit."

Because of Commissioner Daniel's statement, we saw this one coming. So we were ready. Video. Audio. Text. Pictures. Sheriff. The following took place three days after Christy's Ex Parte (Emergency order to take away my parental rights) was denied. She did this because she believed I outed her 24 year son dating a 16 year old. The judge denied her request, BUT the judge then made a life changing mistake. Out of the blue, and inexplicably, the Commissioner Debra Daniel volunteered the words that would change the course of April's life. She said, no police officer is going to forcibly place a 13 year old into her father's car.
WHAT!? My heart sank as I placed my hand on the chair in front of me. Please tell me she didn't just say that. I looked back at my wife who was seated in the courtroom and watched as she placed her face in her hands and lightly shook her head. We had just lost our daughter. I didn't look over at my ex-wife, but I could imagine how satisfied she was with what was just said. You just don't say that to Christy. It did exactly what a court-ordered psychologist report stated was a HUGE part of the problem to begin with. Christy had just been given the green light to placed our then 13 year old daughter right back in the middle of this horrid event. What happens from that day on is a living nightmare. |

GYMNASTICS INTERFERENCE 2
On August 10, 2012, an unknown woman and Christy's sister Michelle walked out onto the gymnastics floor, against gym protocol, and escorted April off the floor, physically stood between me and April, at one time spreading their healthy arms out to further block passage and finally escorted April to her mother's car. Christy, who was also there, claims this did not happen and as is usually the case, says that if that is the way it happened she was unaware because she was talking with one of the other parents. So, it didn't happen, but if it did happen I was unaware, therefor a non-participant. A familiar pattern as you will see.
April, on the other hand doesn't deny it. She say that they did it because she was afraid of me. 
If this wasn't so devastating for April, I would say it was comical. How I would hate to be these people.
VIDEO Part 1
My wife, Tammy and I had been sitting by the door. I had been taking pictures and video like I always do of our girls at gym. Right before this a couple of the other parents walked up and said, "Looks like she brought re-enforcement. I guess no April for you guys." But we knew that since our court date 3 days ago. Toward the end of gym, Michelle and the smoker lady walk out onto the gymnastics floor violating parent protocol and begin a dialogue with April who is sitting on the floor. As they are talking to April, our daughter keeps glancing over at me. Before this Mike had walked up to “prep” her as well. April, gets up and the two escort April over and stand between where I am sitting and April. When I get up to move Michelle moves between April and myself. It was almost comical if it wasn’t such a sad and hurtful affair. By-the-way, in the ExParte that was denied, Christy asked for all my visitations by revoked or, if the judge did allow me to see April that the visitations be supervised by her sister Michelle. I begin recording... 00:05 seconds Michelle, looks to make sure she is still blocking me and moves back towards where I am now standing, placing her elbows out to obstruct my view. I move to the right. Michelle and the unknown lady continue to stand between me and April. 00:35 Seconds into the video April gives her little sister, Sophie, a cursory hug. April only does this in the presence of Christy and/or Kaylee and I ALWAYS let it go...except this time I ask April to give Sophie a real hug. 00:43 I ask Christy if she has April’s stuff, so that I could take her. April usually brings her stuff to gym for her visit with us. April has limited items of clothing at our house, Christy insists that April always brings her clothes back to her “real” home. Christy tells me to talk to April about it. I begin to tell Christy that we have a court order where she is supposed to encourage April to spend time with me, and Christy quickly cuts me off saying, “Joe I don’t need your bullshit right now.” Even though Christy has a tendency to be volatile, I am taken aback by her response because of all of the other parents and children around. She usually puts on a good act in public. At this time you can hear Michelle warning Christy, that I am recording her. 01:14 If you pause right about now, look at Christy as she looks at April after she says, It’s whatever she wants. Even if April had wanted to come, do you think she would have said so at this moment? 01:20 Christy to Mike: “Honey he is harassing me at gym” But more disturbing is April’s facial expression seconds later when Christy falsely accuses me of harassing her. 00:03 I intentionally sliced this video so that you can hear Christy again, falsely accuse me of harassing her at gym and April s reaction. By-the-way, this was the second time in that evening that Christy accused me of harassing her. As April sets Sophie down, look at April ’s expression as she hears her mother say this. Mike says its ok and tells Christy and April to just leave. They start walking out. 00:09 You can see someone’s hand escorting April out. 00:34 I ask April again to come with us and ask her to say bye to her mother. 00:39 Christy to April “Talk to your dad honey” (Translates: tell your dad what we talked about, how you don’t want to go with him) 00:44 April does as she has been instructed. 00:52 At about notice how Christy, Michael, Michelle and a woman named Nicole are there around April . I try to stand my ground, and at the same time remind Christy that she is supposed to encourage April to visit her father. 00:54 Before April can respond, Mike tells April to “Go grab your stuff.” (Her gym stuff) 00:56 Christy says that she already has it. And waves a bottled water in her face to get her attention... (Heartbreaking to see Sophie in the lower right hand corner with her hand out) Michelle, Christy’s sister, is talking about how she’s been there. The thing is, I am sure she has. She also has custody "issues" with her ex. And both sister's have limited, if any, relationship with their respective fathers. The video ends with Sophie telling April that she needs to come “this way!” Then, as if a last ditch effort of desperation, Sophie yells out, “Your water is over hear.” A gymnast offers to take the water to April for Sophie. Later we get a Sheriff to go to Christy’s door to try to enforce our court order. He walks up to the door. The officer comes back down without April and says he sorry and there’s nothing he can do. |

The next day Christy keeps April out of gymnastics practice, but sends me pictures of April playing in the rain at her house with a text saying, “April having a blast in the rain.”
Why would she do that?

The next day, April was kept out of gymnastics. Afterwards, Christy sends me a picture of April playing in the rain. Just her way of taunting the fact that I am being kept from April.
This is the type of behavior that I have had to deal with for years. What we are dealing with is more than just alienating behavior, its very disturbing the enjoyment that Christy, Kaylee, and Mike get from keeping a loving father away from his daughter. |
