Moms constant contact when April is with dad

Text Message found on April's phone

The following messages have the dates on them. We left for our annual family road-trip  on June 15th, 2012. We happen to see these text messages on April's phone. April has always been encouraged and allowed to delete her text messages. Her mother claims that it is a violation of her privacy if I monitor Aprils phone, Facebook, and Instagram. Christy claims that she and Michael monitor their children's social media. The amount of disturbing content that I have found on the social media from the people in Christy's home including April is staggering. So far the police, teachers, coaches, the school principal, the district superintendent and the Sheriff department have had to get involved. Christy and Mike only seem to see the disturbing content when I point it out to them of give them copies. The problem is, I then get blocked from access to our daughter's social media. 

The messages below, again, we just happen to find. For the past four years April has had a hard time when she talks to her mom while we are on our road trips because of the way her mother handles it. She gives April a guilt trip for being away too long. It got so bad that April we don't say anything when April downplays the amount of fun that she is having with our family. 
Here are the only text messages we have. They are 3 days into our 3 week road-trip. one could only speculate how many more there were during the trip. Only 3 days into our trip and her mother says they have so much to talk about and when are you coming home?
